Schools nationwide are requested  to participate in this celebration which will last from Sept - Dec 2012.
 3rd Sept   Showcase of athletes
12th Sept - Launch of 50th Anniversary celebrations
14th Sept - Emancipation celebrations
21st Sept - Street Parade of schools

Term 1 - To teach the following: emblems, history of Independence, Faces of Independence, Diversity
 citizenry, patriotism, class projects
